Enhanced Employee Service

As I reflect on 2018, I am tremendously proud of our accomplishments; we continue to grow our business and continue to provide a high level of service to our clients.

The pride and effort by everyone, in all roles at A.S.P. daily is why we are successful…it is a team effort.

In 2019, we will be focused on improving employee engagement at all levels in our organization. Improvement initiatives that intend to provide an improved working environment for our employees will be our priority. We are currently focused on recruiting and training additional employees to make sure we are well positioned with resources to meet the anticipated demand for our services throughout the upcoming year.

New security uniforms that include the Toronto Pearson logo will be introduced. The new uniforms reflect our continued partnership with the GTAA and our pride in being part of the Pearson airport team.

We have been reviewing every step of our current recruitment process. We are developing improvements to every step of the onboarding process for our new employees, we have restructured and expanded our Resource Planning department, and we are continuing to develop ongoing training modules to ensure employees are updated on new processes and procedures as they occur.

Our goal is to be the best aviation security and customer service provider in Canada; it will take a coordinated team effort to achieve our goal and I am confident that we will be successful.
