BBTCA Employee of the Month – December 2025

I am pleased to announce that John Lakatosh has been selected as the Employee of the Month for December 2025.

John has been a consistently positive and dependable presence at AOCC. He supports both PortsToronto operations through his role as an OCO and ASP Security operations by actively training and mentoring new recruits.

In recent months, John has been engaged in training new employees, generously sharing his extensive knowledge of airport operations. During a recent high-stress incident, he demonstrated exceptional leadership by taking control of the call, ensuring full adherence to SOPs, accurately documenting critical information, and coordinating effectively with the appropriate partners.
