An Awesome Job!

I am writing to formally command S/G’s Manmohan Singh Janjua and Firdos Mansuri for their professionalism exemplary conduct during a recent incident which took place on January 11th, 2026, at 1 Strachan, in which individual was falsely accused and understandably distressed.

Throughout the situation both S/G Manmohan and Firdos demonstrated a high level of professionalism patience in emotional intelligence. Their ability to remain calm communicate clearly and de-escalate tensions played a crucial role in keeping the individual calm and preventing this situation from escalating further. Their actions reflected sound judgment and a strong understanding of conflict management and respectful engagement.

Outstanding Situational Awareness

I am writing to formally command Security Specialist Khaldoun Alchaar for their outstanding actions and professionalism during the recent incident at 351 Lakeshore Blvd East on Tuesday January 6th, 2026, at approximately 1:20pm.

Security Specialist Khaldoun while on duty observed Police onsite and approached to ask if they could be of assistance. Police advised Security Specialist Khaldoun they were looking for someone who was reported to have a gun on them heading to the shelter. Police showed a picture and Security Specialist Khaldoun recognized the individual. Security Specialist Khaldoun went into the shelter and confirmed the individual was onsite. Security Specialist Khaldoun calmly approached the individual and asked if they could come to the front counter for a second. When the individual arrived at the from counter Police were there to arrest the individual. After Police searched the individual’s bag they did recover a gun.

Security Specialist Khaldoun calm demeanor situational awareness and inherence to proper security protocols played a crucial role in ensuring the safety of shelter residents, staff and responding police officers.

Incidents of this nature require courage composure Anna strong commitment to public safety.

Outstanding Professionalism

I am writing to formally commend S/G Jesse Ifrah for his outstanding professionalism, quick thinking, and decisive action during a recent medical emergency that occurred outside 195 Princes Blvd, The Better Living Centre on December 24th, 2025.

S/G Jesse while patrolling observed an individual on the ground and appeared to be experiencing a medical episode. S/G Jesse took immediate action and once he realized the individual was not well, placed them in the recovery position and called 911. Emergency Services attended the site and took over the scene.

S/G Jesse’s Quick actions may very well have saved a life. Great job, Jesse.

Quick Thinking Saves a Life

I would like to formally commend Security Specialist Didarkaran Lakhesar for their exceptional actions on Sunday December 28th, 2025, at 129 Peter Street Toronto where they Responded to a medical emergency involving an individual who was experiencing an overdose.

Security Specialist Didarkaran’s Quick thinking, calm demeanour, and decisive response were instrumental in saving a life. By recognizing the severity of the situation, Security Specialist Didarkaran immediately initiated the appropriate emergency procedures including administering Narcan as well as CPR.

Situations such as this require courage, composure, and strong judgment under pressure. Security Specialist Didarkaran Actions not only prevented a tragic outcome but also reflect the highest standards of our security team and the values we strive to uphold.

Amazing job Didarkaran.

Acting Decisively to Prevent a Tragedy

I would like to formally commend Supervisor Snayveer Singh for their exceptional actions at 81 Elizabeth Street Toronto on December 23rd, 2025, at approximately 12:30 PM. During her shift, Supervisor Snayveer identified and responded promptly to a situation involving a female individual who was at risk of potential physical and sexual assault.

Guard Snayveer’s actions demonstrated a high level of situational awareness, sound judgment, an adherence to safety protocols. Most importantly Guard Snayveer’s calm and controlled response help deescalate the situation, ensuring the individual’s immediate safety, and prevented further potential harm. Guard Snayveer conducted herself with professionalism respect and sensitivity during a highly stressful and critical moment. Guard Snayveer’s ability to act decisively while maintaining dignity and care for a vulnerable individual reflects the highest standards expected of a security professional.

Guard Snayveer’s actions not only protected someone in need but also reinforced a sense of safety and trust within the shelter environment. This incident serves as a strong example of the positive impact and dedicated and welltrained security personnel can have on the communities they serve.
