The ASP Women’s Employee Resource Group recently gathered on Friday, January 23rd, marking its sixth meeting. Thank you to all participants for attending.

Discussion Points:
- Recruitment of additional worker members, all gender identities welcome – in progress
- ASP’s annual Engagement Survey – in progress
- Celebrating International Women’s Day, March 08 2026 – in progress
- Implementation of a female first aid mannequin in RES/ CIC – completed
- Ontario PSISB update: 25% of license holders in 2025 were female, up from 15% in 2024 – completed

The RES/CIC Division is proud to welcome Douglas Hardy as an Operations Manager. Doug joined ASP on December 08, 2025, and is responsible for half of the division’s portfolio of accounts, primarily the City of Toronto respites and the QuadReal residential sites. Doug’s valuable industry experience is a welcome addition to the management team, and we are pleased to have him supporting the organization.
