Claudia Amaral

HR Business Partner, Aviation & K9

Claudia Amaral has joined ASP as our new HR Business Partner for the Aviation and K9 Divisions. She brings a strong background as a seasoned HR leader, with extensive experience supporting both unionized and nonunionized environments, conducting complex workplace investigations, driving employee engagement programs, and partnering with leadership to advance organizational goals.

Claudia’s experience spans both the public and private sectors. Most recently, she served in HR Business Partner and HR leadership roles across diverse industries, including Manufacturing and Distribution, Healthcare, and Public Health Services.

Reporting directly to Ms. Neeru Panjwani, Director, Human Resources, Claudia will oversee Aviation and K9 HR operations, provide advisory services to leaders and employees, and support strategic HR initiatives across both divisions.

Dennis Fung

HR Business Partner, Residential & Commercial (Res/CIC)

I am equally pleased to announce that Dennis Fung has joined ASP as the HR Business Partner for the Residential & Commercial (Res/CIC) Division. Dennis brings eight years of progressive HR experience, with strong capabilities in recruitment, HR administration, health and safety, labour relations, and workplace investigations.

His previous roles include HR Generalist positions in long-term care and manufacturing environments, where he supported full-cycle HR operations, policy development, compensation processes, and union-related matters.

Reporting to Ms. Neeru Panjwani, Director, Human Resources, Dennis will lead HR support for the Res/ CIC Division and partner closely with operations teams to strengthen the employee experience and ensure compliance with HR programs and legislative requirements.

Kamal Singh

Service Delivery Manager, Toronto Pearson International Airport

Kamal Singh has joined ASP as the Service Delivery Manager at Toronto Pearson International Airport.

Kamal brings more than 25 years of experience across multiple industries and has developed strong leadership skills throughout his career. He has proven expertise in change management, project management, and organizational improvement, along with extensive experience in staff management, operations planning, customer service, financial management, and technology development, implementation, and enhancement.

Kamal has worked in Federal, Provincial, and law enforcement environments and holds several professional qualifications, including PMP (Project Management Professional), Six Sigma Green Belt, and an MBA.

Douglas Hardy

Operations Manager, Toronto & GTA (Residential & Commercial Division)

Please join us in welcoming Douglas Hardy, who will be joining ASP as Operations Manager – Toronto & GTA, effective December 8, 2025. Douglas brings 15+ years of experience in the security industry, including strong leadership experience in client service management, site supervision, scheduling, training, and operational oversight.

Throughout his career, he has supported diverse portfolios across commercial and institutional environments, with a proven ability to strengthen client relationships, ensure service excellence, and lead teams with professionalism and accountability.
