I would like to congratulate our Specialist, Nimal Antony, on receiving recognition from ASP and the Greater Toronto Airports Authority. Please see the client’s comments below:

“I am writing to formally recognize Behavioral Specialist, Nimal Antony, for his exceptional professionalism, patience, and composure while handling two recent challenging instances while on duty.

During a recent incident involving an intoxicated male subject suspected to be under the influence of narcotics, Nimal demonstrated outstanding situational awareness and calm decision-making. He effectively maintained control of the situation, ensured public safety, and coordinated with SOC, PRP, CBSA, and Paramedic services until the individual received appropriate medical care. Despite challenging conditions, his actions reflected strong judgment, professionalism, and adherence to protocol, resulting in a safe resolution.

His ability to manage high-stress situations while keeping his composure sets an excellent example for his colleagues and reflects positively on ASP as a whole.
