From Frontline to Resource Planning: Celebrating Internal Growth

At ASP, we take pride in creating opportunities for our employees to grow and advance their careers. Today, we are excited to recognize the successful internal promotions of Ramandeep Kaur and Sukh Dhillon, who have transitioned from frontline Security Specialist positions within the RES/CIC division to become valuable members of the Resource Planning team.
Both Ramandeep and Sukh began their journeys working directly in our Respite operations, gaining firsthand experience of the challenges, responsibilities, and day-to-day realities faced by our frontline teams. Through their dedication, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence, they demonstrated the skills and potential that made them outstanding candidates for advancement.
Their transition into Resource Planning brings a unique and valuable perspective to the department. Having worked in the field, they understand operational needs, employee concerns, and site requirements from a practical standpoint. This experience allows them to contribute ideas that help improve processes, strengthen communication, and support more effective scheduling decisions.
Since joining the Resource Planning team, both have shown a willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges. They have become dependable team members who consistently support their colleagues, contribute fresh ideas, and help drive operational success. Their frontline experience enables them to approach challenges with creativity and practical solutions while maintaining a strong understanding of the needs of our guards and clients.
