Billy Bishop BBQ – Fun Filled Day

The day began at the mainland, where Humberto and Garinder were welcomed by Mainland Supervisor Kenneth Barker and Shift Manager Bhakti Patel. They toured the mainland operation, met with the traffic guards, and received an overview of the traffic operation and daily responsibilities.
From there, the group came over to the island, met with the client team, and formally invited them to join the BBQ. The Toronto Port Authority team was very supportive and arranged a tour of the Combined Services Building, where the team was shown the fire response operation, equipment, and emergency response capabilities. This was followed by an airside tour, which Warren kindly arranged and supported.
It was a very positive day and a good opportunity for our leadership, frontline staff, and client partners to connect in a more relaxed setting.
