Leadership Appointment – Prince Khan, Operations Manager at Billy Bishop
By Farhad Mohammad, Sr. Aviation Operations Manager
Following the recent organizational changes within ASP’s Aviation portfolio, Prince Khan was appointed Operations Manager at Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (BBTCA), effective June 29, 2026.
Prince brings more than 20 years of leadership and management experience across banking, financial services, hospitality, security, and operations. Prior to entering the security industry, he held senior management roles in banking, including Branch Manager and investment banking leadership positions, and later worked with the Bank of Montreal as a Financial Services Manager and Consultant.
Since joining ASP, Prince has built his experience directly within the Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport operation, progressing through roles including Conflict Resolution Guard, Trainer, and Shift Manager before assuming responsibility as Operations Manager. This progression has provided him with a strong understanding of both frontline operations and the broader management requirements of the site.
His experience includes staff leadership and development, scheduling and deployment, incident and emergency management, conflict resolution, client relations, training, and operational coordination. His background across several industries also brings a broader management perspective to the BBTCA operation.
Prince holds graduate-level business qualifications, a Diploma with Distinction in Police Foundations and Security, and Certified Close Protection Officer credentials.
In his new role, Prince will oversee the day-to-day delivery of ASP’s security operation at BBTCA, with a focus on operational consistency, employee development, client service, and maintaining the standards expected across the airport environment.
