Employee Recognition: Prayag Vyas, Training Coordinator

Since joining ASP Inc. in December 2023, Prayag has played an instrumental role in the continued success of our Training Department. Over the past two years and nine months, he has helped shape the next generation of security professionals, delivering high-quality training programs that support a variety of contracts with some of our most high-profile clients.

Prayag’s dedication, professionalism, and commitment to excellence have made a lasting impact on both our organization and the employees who pass through our training programs. He has been a major contributor to the department’s success, consistently setting a high standard for performance and service.

What is especially impressive is that despite his accomplishments, Prayag has never become complacent. He continues to approach every training session with the same energy, passion, and attention to detail that have defined his work from the beginning. The outstanding feedback he regularly receives from security personnel speaks volumes about the positive influence he has on those he trains.

One of the greatest measures of a trainer’s success is the impact they leave on their students. This training experience was outstanding. I genuinely felt that not a single second of this course was wasted. Every topic discussed was relevant, informative, and valuable. Prayag’s ability to stay on topic, communicate complex concepts clearly, and maintain a high standard of instruction throughout the program deserves recognition.

The knowledge and learning I received throughout the course exceeded my expectations. Prayag demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and dedication to teaching. Throughout the entire three-day training, every minute was used effectively.
