Our management team is highly motivated and understands the needs and challenges of providing a multi-level security service in complex and/or large facilities.
Humberto Pimentel
President and CEO
Humberto has over 25 years of management and operations experience across multiple sectors of the security industry. Before joining ASP, he held executive operations roles in both the security and financial industries, where he specialized in mentoring operations managers, process improvements, enhancing recruitment strategies, and resolving escalated issues.
He holds certifications in Operations Management & Business Foundations from the Project Management Institute, is a Certified Process Manager, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management.
Neeru Panjwani
Director of Human Resources
Neeru leads ASP’s Human Resources department, supporting the organization with labour relations, employee matters, performance management, policies and procedures, legislative compliance, development plans, and more. She is a certified CHRP and possesses certificates in Human Resources Management from Humber College and Human Resources & Business Management from the SIMS Business School.
Paul Parkinson
Director of Finance
Paul joined the ASP team in 2011. Leading the accounting team, Paul is responsible for the delivery of finance services, such as accounting, treasury, reporting, budgeting, payroll and pricing. A designated accountant, Paul has more than 25 years of experience at senior financial positions over a broad range of finance areas, including compliance, business process and identifying cost drivers for savings. Paul places an emphasis on ensuring customer satisfaction through quick responsiveness and transparency.
Garinder Grewal
Director of Aviation Services
Garinder Grewal is a seasoned aviation security manager with over 15 years of airport security and operations experience. He works hand-in-hand with airport authorities to improve security operations, ensure employee growth and satisfaction, and ensure service levels are met.
Sarah Miller APP, SAS
Director of Operations
Sarah is a multi award-winning security management professional with over ten years of frontline, operational, and leadership experience. She currently oversees ASP’s Residential & Commercial Division, and is responsible for the project management of all new business mobilizations. She is a certified Associate Protection Professional through ASIS International and currently serves as Vice-Chair of the organization’s Toronto chapter. Sarah has a diploma in Police Foundations, a degree in Fine Art, and is completing a masters of Public Safety.
Thomas Lawson
Strategic Advisor
General Thomas Lawson is a retired Royal Canadian Air Force officer. While in uniform, Lawson served in many key national and international leadership positions, and completed his career as Canada’s Chief of the Defence Staff. General Lawson’s background as an RCAF pilot, leader and national defence expert positions him well to advise and work with our team to develop and act on current and future security strategies.
Dean Lovric
Founder
Dean Lovric founded ASP 25 years ago. As an experienced executive and entrepreneur, his leadership shaped ASP with a vision of delivering a unique service model rooted in full accountability and transparency. His dedication has fostered a company culture built on integrity, safety, and competence.
Throughout his career in the security industry, Dean prioritized fiscal responsibility, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service. His unwavering commitment to service transparency and client satisfaction has been a cornerstone of ASP’s success. As he steps into retirement from ASP Security Inc., his legacy continues to inspire the company’s future.
